Patrick Quinton

CO-FOUNDER, CEO

Patrick Quinton served for over five years as the Executive Director of Prosper Portland (formerly the Portland Development Commission), the real estate and economic development agency for the city of Portland, Oregon. During his tenure, Portland emerged from the Great Recession to create one of the best performing metro economies in the U.S. Under Patrick’s leadership, PDC invested in over 800 businesses over five years, jump-started the creation of nearly 50,000 net new jobs and attracted $1.5B in private investment.

Prior to his tenure at PDC, Patrick served in leadership roles in both the commercial finance and community banking industries, including at Shorebank Corporation, the internationally recognized leader in community revitalization.

Patrick earned a Master of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College.

Brian Lynott

CO-FOUNDER, VP-DEVELOPMENT

Brian Lynott is an experienced entrepreneur with backgrounds in the technology, real estate and construction industries. Brian is the Founder and Chairman of TeleSmart and ATL Resporg, both successful telecom software businesses. He is also the founder of Better World Homes, Inc., Always Faithful Construction and HomePro Management, a diversified family of companies in the residential property development industry.

Brian is a retired Infantry Officer in the United States Army and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in planning, public policy, and management from the University of Oregon. While in college, Brian was a principal planner for several regional builders in the Portland and Eugene markets.
