Marketing Coordinator (Part Time)
Up to 30 hours per week
$17-20/hour based on experience
Marketing Coordinator will plan and implement all marketing, promotion and sales development activities for Dweller, including social media, direct marketing and other efforts to promote brand awareness and customer acquisition. Specifically, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:
all social media content and delivery;
developing and revising collateral materials;
website content and optimizing performance;
maintaining and utilizing customer relationship database;
planning and implementing online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook campaigns;
scheduling and staffing open houses and other events to promote new ADU development; and
other duties as assigned.
Marketing Coordinator is expected to work occasional evenings and weekends to staff or attend events, or meet project deadlines.
Required experience and skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge and skills:
A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other relevant field;
A minimum 2 years relevant work experience;
Excellent communication skills, including copywriting and other written communications;
Proficiency with social media and online advertising platforms;
Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and best practices;
Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software;
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software;
Willingness to interact with customers and partners on a daily basis; and
Flexibility with changing work assignments due to start up nature of business.
This position is based in Portland, OR, and requires access to a car or other transportation to attend offsite meetings. All car use or transportation costs reimbursed on a per mile basis.
